Our small but established business is looking for reliable and organised Office Administrators to join our friendly and supportive teams. Perfect for for those who value work-life balance without the pressures of career progression. As an Office Administrator, you’ll take on a range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Role:

✅️Providing administrative and clerical support to the our service team/Consultants.

✅️Client communications: letters, emails and phone calls.

✅️Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and record keeping.

✅️Data management: Input and recording key important information.

✅️Software data entry.

✅️Document production.

✅️Engagement with professional/commercial linked industry service providers.

What We’re Looking For:

✅️Previous experience in office administration.

✅️Strong IT skills, including ✅️Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

✅️Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

✅️A proactive, adaptable approach to work and meeting deadlines.

✅️Eye for detail is essential.
